My parents visit ziba restaurant on 14 th October, 2012..when they reached their, they went to one restaurant I forgot it name, staff says u can go to other restaurant named ziba, they didn’t say any reason for that. My parents thought it might be booked or something.
When they went to ziba, they also tell that u can go to other restaurant, my dad tell him why you guys are sending one place to other place, after an aggressive conversation they reserve seats for my parents. They don’t have manners how to treat customer... I’d never recommend this place to older people
Because nobody going to guide you properly... If people are coming first time to your place then you should guide them
Properly, Nobody come their to eat free food....I wish I might be there at that time....Shameful hospitality service...food was really good...
