As I am frequent traveller and a regular passenger of thai airways I never get upset by service given to passengers it is fantastic and if u travel more and more you can be the member of thai airways and I am also one of them as I am a Gold card member of thai airqays where I get most the things for free excepting brand and electronics product in lounge it feels just wonderful and it saves my valuable money also.
