Many would say Tharu Sweets is the pride of Sindhi’s and has really good sweets and Food. But, I would like to throw light on the fact that their sweets are too expensive and out of the reach of the common man.
While the Kaju Katri costs around Rs. 1200/-, while some of the other Sweet shops have the Kaju Katri priced at Rs. 800-900/-.
Sweet bundi of Tharu is priced at Rs.700/- per kg. which is too high as compared to say an MM Sweets is Malad, which have their sweet bundi priced at Rs.400/- per kg.
So my question is the sweets maybe good, but the prices are so high that the common man can’t afford it.
