Two days back I Read a Book Name As The 5 Am Club by Robin Sharma. It was good book. This book is about how to set morning routine with taking care of Our Physical as well as Mental Health.In this book a 20/20/20 Formula is given which is the way of setting our morning routine, with that they also said about How To Install Powerful Habit. It was good for Installing any type of good habit or change any type of Bad Habit.In starting I Feel this book little bit Boring ? but after its Chapter 7: Preparation For Transformation Begins in Paradise. It will become interesting. Due to its story line format as you read it forward, it will become little mysterious, interesting and thriller due to its way of writing.But as we have Learning Attitude we can learn too much new things and develope a new attitude which is essential for Happy and Successful Life.
