I and my family members has opened the bank account when I started transacting with this bank the bank has not given me a passbook but later 1 month they have given me but also when I deposit my money in the bank account it tooks me 2hrs standing in front of there counter in the bank and every time they will tell the server is very slow please wait , please wait only this two words they will tell every time when I visit this bank my time I have to be wasted and ATM of this bank is not available only it is available in the bank except that in any other places there is no ATM and when I transact at other bank ATM.
They will charge me extra money and I also used the net banking facility of this bank when I want to order some electronic gadget from online I selected the option like this bank it directs to the bank page and lastly it is showing that server is temporarily unavailable it is showing like this from when I opened bank account still now also and customer service is also waste and they will not respond anything everyone I get busy, not reachable only.
