Sharing the worst ever experience with The Apollo Clinic Gurgaon.
I had consulted them in July 2009 for my dental treatment. Dentist there prescribed me for RCT of some teeth and than putting cap onto that. In total costing approx 25K for a permanent solution. Considering the seriousness of the problem, I agreed onto that I have gone through the complete treatment as prescribed by them.
However, from 2012 again I started facing the problem with one of the tooth they did RCT on and also the cap they used started getting loose. I contacted Apollo Clinic Gurgaon again in September 2012. This time they had a different panel of dentists. They did the X-Ray of my teeth and told that the earlier treatment was not done properly so I am facing the problem again. It means I need to again bear the cost of their fault. I contacted Mr Sagar in admin team there. First, he told me to write a complain so that they can talk with the management. I did so. But after that, in the next meetings onward he started giving excuses like management is busy, dentist panel has been changed blah blah.
Finally I met another person in admin department in December 2013. This time it was Mrs Sugandh. After a couple of meeting with her. She too finally clarified that Apollo Clinic can’t take the responsibility of this fault & if I go to treatment again, I have to bear the full cost. For me or any common customer it is a highly irresponsible behavior from a well known brand like Apollo. People visit Apollo with a sense of trust inside. But when such institutions start encashing on the trust, it becomes highly disappointing. I have all the bills available, if someone want as proof.
So think twice before visiting such hospitals.
