My mother had broken her legs dis balancing from strap in the room. .then we decided to go the famous hospital in Kolkata named Apollo situated near by Shakespeare Sarani.
The infrastructure of the hospital is very beautiful.Waiting room, Emergency room, OT room are also very good.
Inspite of this, medical treatment was not good.In my experience of my mother They advised to admission for three weeks in the hospital.When we are going to admission they charged huge amount of money Rs.15000 and bed per day cost also very high.We expended about 3 lakhs money for better treatment. Doctor also advised it will be better for treatment.We had to do high ultrasonography for indicating fracture of legs.The cost was so high. Fooding cost was also very high.But after treatment of three weeks my mother’s legs were same condition not so better.Then they advised to surgery for better relief.The surgery cost was so high about Rs.500000. We have agreed to this surgery.But after that surgery my mother came back from the hospital three months ago.Nothing else yet. My mother also suffered pain in legs some time yet.
staff behavior was not very bad but real problem does not solve yet.So be ware of this hospital.Totally worse of money.
