The other day I was really very hungry and hadnt had anything since morning when I visited The Big Ben in sector 35, chd.
I ordered for a Veg Club Sandwich and Fresh lime soda and made a special mention that I wanted brown bread.
I was very put off with by the staff first because they were just lost in their own world , did not know anything about the menu, lacked courtesy and training. Seemed that the restaurant had picked up staff from a dhaba. The only thing that the steward was trained for was how to promote Hapy hours on the mocktails.
Anyways , my sandwich platter was placed before me almost after 20 minutes of waiting. The bread served was white bread and when I asked why brown bread wasnt served the manager said that they didnt have it. What surprised me was that the manager didnt even bother to inform the unavailability of Brown Bread. Going ahead when I had a bite of the sandwich I just lost my temper but yet maintained patience. The sandwich and the french fries were cold and soggy so I just left my food as it is after paying the bill and walked out.
I dont recommend this place to anybody , primarily because the hospitality and training is a major drawback.
