The worst Serices and Management that one can come across. For Heaven’s sake never ever join. The most unhygienic and low grade gentry and employees. My bad luck that I joined the Tummy Tuck Programs that they offer. What I got in return was a couple of massages that one could have got for 100 Rupees each. They what for were the charges. The Rest Rooms and the basins in there were in a pathetic state with yellow stains all over. Have never ever seen such a dingy place with employees from the lower most strata of the society. When I asked for a Refund, they started acting smart and started off telling lies that I will get the Refund in a day or two which got extended to a week, then to a month and then to several months. I also shamelessly kept on asking as it was a substantial amount, but they were so petty that they havent even returned a penny as yet. Even the owners Mr and Mrs Sood seem to be very local types as they started abusing me and my friend when I reached there Corporate Office. Literally shameful people. I wonder how such people are able to run a biz when they dont even know ABC of Management
