One of the worst consumer relationship I have ever faced. I had to leave the gym(despite good trainers) in 10 days owing to the management’s false promises on cleanliness and availability of trainers. They have mere 5 mats and expect people to use the sweaty mats of others. No trainers from 12pm-3.30pm. When I raised my concerns, instead of resolving it the manager stooped down to cheap levels and was extremely impolite. And rather being apologetic, they asked me to pay Rs 150 per day for the period I had used their facilities. I had to put my foot down and managed to get my money back. Highly disappointed with their behaviour.
The only positive point is the trainers are knowledgeable, well behaved and helping.
