Several times due to emergency I admit my family members in Calcutta Medical Research Institution. Behavior of front desk staffs are extremely bad. They don’t know how to talk with patient party. They know only 1 thing lots of rupees and rupees. If somebody admitted in suite cabin only he/she will get royal hospitility. On other ward they behave like district government hospital. After release patient then I face the actual problem. I want to collect some papers due to medical insurance refund. They don’t help me.
