The Chinese in Connaught Place is a place you should go to if you want a good Chinese food with a very good service.It looks very insignificant from outside, and its a small restaurant with very less seating space but it ensures you have a meal in peace because of the way the tables are placed. When you are seated, they give you a small spoon of ice-cream, yes, you read right.We were accompanied by our son, who did not know that we had not ordered for it n wanted more n the steward who was waiting on s promptly brought him more in a bowl.The portions are generous and the service efficient.
Last time, we went there, the food served had cooled down n they immediately took back that dish n as they serve you freshly cooked food, they requested us to order something else and the staff suggested us other options an we went by their choice n were satisfied.I knw smthng like that wud leave a bad taste in mouth bt we don’t hve any issues.The serving staff was quite helpful n friendly as they took over to teach my son how to use chopsticks.The ambience is good, with Chinese letters n lanterns hanging from the roof.
Moreover, the price is just right.Have to celebrate my b’day n anniversary and am thinking of going there at least on one occasion.
