Now the word conjuring means the performance of tricks which are seemingly magical, typically involving sleight of hand but this is a great horror thriller by James Wan. Its a beautiful script and well directed movie and worth watching.
Its better when you watch it alone because the horror factor is great with great effects, it has to be considered scary movie of the decade. Its a great movie to watch
