Heya Folks!! I’m back with another review, this time, something different, something about a good movie that can DRIVE people crazy. I’ve always wanted to be driving like that, Kool modded cars, awesome exhaust noise, tremendous power of around 250 odd Bhp and Pump the NOS at speeds in excess of 120 Mph. Yes!! That is what 2 Fast 2 Furious is mainly about.
The first line of my review may have confused some of you people. That is the lead sound track of this heart-thumping, adrenaline pumping movie. That song is composed and sung by Hip-Hop singer Ludacris, also featured by Usher of ’’Yeah’’ fame. Ludacris has also acted in this fast forward movie as Tej Parker, whose garage seems to be the second home of Brian and Roman Pearce.
This movie is all about busting an inter-country drug smuggler called Carter Verone. He wants to hire drivers who can ship this money for him. Somehow some thugs and these two are arranged for Verone. There’s a sort of audition. But these two being under-cover cops for this mission only, are closely watched by the police. If they make a run with the money, they’re gonna be jailed. If they deliver the money at the right spot for Verone, they’ll probably be killed. This double jeopardy is further hurt by the cars driven which are hard-core GPS wired.
How these people make the run, how they get the money and Verone for the cops and how Tej Parker gets himself involved is one thing you can find out for yourself. The cars involved in this movie are kool. The Nissan Skyline in the beginning of the movie simply rules the show. The acting is quite mature by all these people and the camera work is truly professional. The direction is something to be lauded about.
The movie is no bore at any point of time. The characters each have wardrobe to suit the personality they’ve depicted. Verone gets A-class suits, shirts and trousers while Brian gets comfort fit clothes like 3/4, bermudas, loose round-neck T-shirts and a pair of sports shoes. Roman (A Nigga) gets sleeveless shirts (Blouse as Brian mentions once) to reveal his muscularity and jeans with leather Boots give him a rough boy look.
All in all, this movie is quite thrilling and really the driving skills will get u hooked up for at least 3-4 times.
