I have booked tour package based on their offer 40, 000.
they booked Hotel as requested by me. after I paid 40K they called and ask to pay GST 7200. one day before trip they are calling and asking additional 12, 000 saying Hotel and fuel cost increased.
how they cheat customer understand carefully.
Give cheapest offer to customer so they select this company
Ask Advance 50% based on that they book hotel on free cancellation policy
one week before they call ask to pay balance 50%
Hotel cancel due to some internal issue with Hotel, we will give another similar hotel buts low budget hotel indirectly.
now they call to pay GST. in offer they included one line where inclusion it says all current taxes included and exclusion it says GST extra. so customer have no choice to pay extra
one day before trip you will receive call your hotel & car price increased so you need to pay 12, 000. I asked why I need to pay. they say in offer its clearly mention price are subject to increase.
I spoke to booking person and his manager they do not talk properly, because by this time you paid 100% advance + GST 47, 200.
Here you do not have option either pay money or they will reduce service offer based on payment. in our case asked to manage car on your own.
if you say pls return my money they will deduct cancellation charges because offer say customer cancel than charges applicable.
Therefor I am sharing my this bad experience with you to save hard earned money go to cheaters hand.
above all is my experience before going to trip. after trip will add more comments if any more surprise face during trip.
