My first recommendation to Mouthshut is to allow us to rate the product by not giving any star for poor standards.French connection Cakes do not deserve even 1 star for product they prepare and deliver one of the most poor customer service.I have upload the two images along with my review - Cake design requested and image of cake that was delivered.
They made my family a laughing stock in front of invited guest. We were more disappointment that our 3 year old daughter did not get cake of her most loved cartoon character.It was such a simple design to execute and these guys make a mess of it.They delivered the cake soon late and guest were almost ready to leave. We had no option but to accept the cake. Next day, when I visited the shop to get my money back for their shoddy work. They arrogantly refused, pretty much kicked me out from the shop. It was miserable experience.
I just wish parents read my review and refrain from order any birthday cake if they really love their kid.
