Not that I am an ardent fan of the GICS but lately I have developed a liking for this one! After I get from work, finish my Dinner, play some games. etc...it hits 10:30 and I get hooked on to this one!
The humour, which is shown on this serial is not supposed to appeal to the Class..rather its been designed to titillate the masses! Which I think that smartest thing they’ve done!
I recall one Calvin and Hobbes strip, in which he gets thrashed up by Moe....because Moe catched him immitating Moe’s style of walking. And Calvin admits ’’In humour, timing is everything!’’ LOL
Same is the case here, most of the one liners which Shekhar Suman comes up with are based on the current and totally Trivial events...but then whats the big deal...no matter how stupid it is ...it does bring a smile on my face!
Agreed, that at times Shekhar Suman miserably tries to immitate people, or when he knows that his one liner is not-so-funny then he looks at the band on his left side...for some help! Agreed, that the gags are sometimes sick to the core!
But give and take all of it....there are also instances when Sekhar give us a good laugh and also some Gags who for sure tickle us! So, although, I cant say that it the best comedy around..but yet again...its not bad!
In fact, how can we expect them to come up with so many gags everytime and also ensure that they appeal to everyone...!!!
I discuss this one during lunch hours with my colleagues and adds atleast an amount of spice when we end up debating! On a normal date, we debate on society, politics, finance blah blah blah!
A good effort to make people laugh.....By best compliments to start One.....coz I am gonna keep watching it, till it is aired!
