Laughter - the best medicine

The Great Indian Laughter Challenge is good wholesome comedy entertainment for the entire family and leaves you with a smile on your face at the end of it!   Shatrughan Sinha is a lot more natural than Shekhar Suman who was artificial to the core.

Siddhu infuses enthusiasm to the show with his own non stop laughter, even though it may well be a calculated bit of histrionics.  Perizaad Kolah is great as a compere, she has been consistently good, but would someone please tell her to change her wardrobe designer?  Nine times out of ten, poor Perizaad, a very pretty girl, is ridiculously dressed.  Sometimes she looks like she is wearing a cut off nighty!!!

Needless to say, it is the contestants who carry the show.  Some of the are truly world class, and it is really heartening that this show, the Great Indian Laughter Challenge, has given them a forum to showcase their considerable talents.  Who can ever forget "Paichaan kaun"?  In every episode, the majority of contestants are really funny, leaving the home audience in splits, and certainly with a smile on our faces as we sign off.
