This was my very first gym. And this is the worst gym I ever joined. I have changed gyms many times. I am a gym freak. Here people get attracted to the brand name ’The Gym’. But here the services provided are very poor. A good gym needs good trainers. And this gym doesn’t have even a single good trainer. Earlier there were 2 really good trainers but they also left the gym.
And since then this gym had gone very low. The trainers present dp not have good knowledge and fail in helping the customers. Moreover they just have one thing to say. Go for supplements or else you won’t be able to build a good physique. I have been training almost two years now. And I was always on natural diet. The faculty in this gym lead the gym really down.
