I have been a Hindu reader from past 2-3 years. I must say I absolutely love the way they build the articles. They don’t twist and add spice to news, just to make it interesting reading. In my opinion adding spice to news is not journalism, its movie script writing.
Times of India is doing the job of writing movie scripts along with giving catchy heading to their articles. Also ’The Hindu’ newspaper won’t have details of the color of underpants of movie actresses/models or details of whom they are dating. Many newspapers nowadays indulge in such pimping activities.
In Hindu its jut news nothing else. I feel as a reader that’s what is asked to be delivered by a newspaper.
Keep up the good job ’The Hindu’. Also thanks for saving journalism in India, midst the glitz and glamour of media.
