The India Mall is one of the worthless mall in delhi.Once, I visited this mall and had an terrible experience there.This mall has been located outside the city area due to which it is not easily accessible for the people who are residing in the city area, due to huge distance they need to cover.The india mall does not have much variety of things to buy.Some of the main reasons why people does not like to visit "The India mall" are as follows.
1) .HIGH COST - Things in "The India mall" are of very high cost.Not every individual can afford to buy.
2) .AVAILABILITY - A mall should have every shop including fron ration to grocery shop and from theatre to spa and salon.But, there is no theatre in this mall and no food counter, that’s why people hesist to visit "The India mall".
3) .QUALITY - "The India mall" does not offer good quality products.There is always a probability that you will get a detective product.Once, I purchased a oven from "The India Mall" and was found defective.When I requested a replacement they denied citing that there is no replacement policy in their mall which was really very annoying.
4) .NO EXCHANGE POLICY - "The India Mall" does not offer any exchange policy for its customers.If any product seems defective, there is no policy of replacement or refund for its customer to satisfy them.
5) .There staff executive are very Unprofessional.Somtimes, They can be very rude and harsh with their customers.They force fully try to sell their products but when their customers deny, they gets irritated and tries to be aggressive.Sometimes, they uses vulgur language while dealing with their customer.
FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE I STRICTLY RECOMMEND NOT TO VISIT "The India mall" ever.
