I have placed the order thro’ India today Bookclub for Kodak 9.2 Mpxl Camera on 27.10.2009. Whereas till date I have not received the consignment as well as no reply message also. The number what they have given is useless whenever we are trying only automatic informations we are hearing. We people are away from Delhi and placed our order and suffering.
Apart from the Order Cost of Rs.6000/- I have spent nearly Rs.200/- only for making them call and hearing only the recorded information. None of the executives lifted the call and give prompt / exact answer. Whereas before booking the order Min 20 - 30 calls we will be getting from them. Once the payment is made, we have to run behind them. It was a very bittter experience with them. Now I felt it is better not to suggest to anybody.
