I would like to add my bit about India Today Book Club . In response to their promotion offer, I had ordered for a Reebok Kit.valued at Rs. 2999. Payment was effected through Credit Card and to make it look authentic, an official made a call over phone to confirm the order Even after 2 months the goods have not been delivered. My enquiry’s with them always meets with the same answer " we have forwarded your query to the concerned department " .
God alone knows which is this "Concerned department" , for all I know must be extinct. Having seen the reviews of others who have been cheated, It is now evident that Indian Today Book Club are BIG CHEATS . Even after threatening to sue them, they still shamelessly foward their SMS/emails offering other bogus products . Is there any way we can collectively take them to task and get these dacoits to return our money. Notices should also be given in Newspapers to caution the public lest they also fall prey to these cheats.
