This was one of the first restaurants that we ate in during a three week trip to Hyderabad and I can say that it was one of the best we visited.
The food was especially good, and a superbly flavoured Hyderabadi brinjal curry dish was particularly memorable. The restaurant staff were extremely courteous and helpful.Hyderabadi style and hospitality was there in full measure. There was excellent Haleem.
Superb Khubani ka meetha . Delicious tomato kut with the smoky flavour of Italian sun dried tomatoes. The meat in the biryani was of superb quality and extremely well cooked.
Just the right amount of ghee. It was rich and delicious .
The service was attentive without being overbearing, which can sometimes happen in more upmarket restaurants. The décor, the crockery and glassware were all very elegant and added a touch of luxury to the dining experience, together with classical Indian music which provided a lovely ambiance.
Though the prices were probably some of the highest we paid in Hyderabad, I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Hyderabad, or for a special occasion.
