I recently had the misfortune of dealing with The Leather Laundry, and I must say it was an overall terrible experience. From the moment I reached out to them, it was clear that customer service was not a priority to them. The response time was slow, and the staff was not helpful in answering my questions. They were also quite unprofessional, always responding with one-word answers and not providing any additional information.
When I finally received my order, my expectations were not met. The leather was not of the quality I was expecting. It was very thin and lacked the durability I wanted. The color was also not what I had asked for, and the stitching was sloppy. It was obvious that the leather had not been properly taken care of during the cleaning process, and it looked nothing like what I had seen in the pictures they had provided.
I tried to reach out to the company and ask for a refund, but they refused to cooperate. They were unwilling to even consider a partial refund, and they seemed quite indifferent to my dissatisfaction. I even offered to pay for return shipping, but they made it very clear that they didn’t care about my opinion or my money.
