This book relates to the law of attraction. There are 28 practices to be followed for 28 days. The book should not be taken too seriously nor too lightly. I followed the practices having fun with it but also making sure I did the practices daily. If I missed a day I started all over again with day one. That is how the book needs to be read and followed. It is a very good self help book. I would definately recommend this book if you want to better your way of living. You need to give daily 15 - 20 mins only. You may find it repetative but that is what is intended. The more we repeat the better we comprehend the concept of law of attraction. Happy Reading.
