The staff was cooperative and I liked the view of Poolside Buffet place. Food is good maintenance of hotel very poor. Hope the maintenance increases.
The front desk staffs lack basic professionalism in every aspect. They are not trained properly by the authorities. swimming pool is not clean and ain’t well maintained. I dont think this is a 5star rated hotel.
