I had my car break down at bharkatpura, being a loyal guy to maruti took the vehicle to maruti service centre of mitra agencies at rtc cross roads. after the initial checks I decided to exchange the vehicle for new maruti wagonR. the true value gave a valuation of 50000/- for the car and another 10000/- as loyalty bonus.
I asked them to transfer that money as my initial payment to wagonR, instead of giving the check to me. the bank loan is taking time and in the mean while they were able to sell my old car. now my old car is sold. I have to go to US for a month, so I told them that I will take the vehicle in sept and since the bank loan is taking time I will come back and expediate the process.
now the true value guys are refusing to pay the loyalty bonus of 10000/-, they say it is valid only for a month. which I felt highly ridiculous. I have never seen such exploitation and the way they speak and handle customers is aboslutly pathetic. never ever in my 5 years of being a maruti customer has faced this kind of treatment. RKS and GEM and VARUN were too good in handling. Just because the break down happened near to mitra agencies service centre I have to go thru all these.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF MITRA SHOW ROOM. LOOKS LIKE RIGHT FROM TOP TO BOTTOM THEY HAVE THIS APPROACH OF EXPLOITING CUSTOMERS AND THE WAY THEY ARE HANDLING THINGS IS REALLY BAD.
