Yesterday I bought a new mobile phone Nokia 2626 for my wife. I started looking for the basic models and narrowed down my options to Nokia 2626, 6070 etc. Once I decided which model to buy, I started looking out for the best deal. I visited 7 stores including "The Mobile Store". I was very impressed with the way the shop is setup. The interiors are very nice and pleasing. The staffs are very courteous and answered the queries well and demonstrated good understanding about the product.
The phones are classified under various categories like "Value" (means basic phones, value for money), "Fun", "Work" etc, arranged in different shelves, giving a clear picture to the customer what features he/she can look for in that shelf.
The rates at "The Mobile Store" is definitely lower than the other stores, plus there’s no transaction charges, if you pay using your credit card (Please be aware most of the retailers charge transaction fee on the CCs for phones below Rs.10000).
After the billing the staff opened a sealed pack and showed all the accessories and explained the basic functionality of the phone. She also helped us to find a nice washable pouch for the new phone. The store also has a service center and other accessories.
Our experience at "The Mobile Shop" was enjoyable and MS members can give it a try.
