I bought a mobile from one of the mobile stores in delhi. Mobile store had a 5% cashback scheme at that point of time. After a long research on the price of the mobile phone model, I decided to buy it from mobile store as 5% cashback would also be given back to me.
Initially I was informed on phone that I would get the cashback instantly. However, to my surprise, when I reached the shop I was told that I need to send the account number and other details to their headquarter. The main office will check the documents and the cashback would be send as a cheque. I posted all the documents to their office in August and till date I haven’t got any cheque or notification.
I called up their customer care to enquire about the scheme but they did not informed me after making so many promises.I am sure that these schemes are a kind of trap so I request people not get trapped in this kinda schemes.
