I have never had a good experience with the Mobile Store outlets here in Mumbai, I have given them a number of chances and visited them 4-5 times but I never got what I wanted!
I feel bad for this store that it could never live up to my expectation or desire.
I’l share two such incidents here where I was disappointed.
I visited this store in andheri in the month of January of 2016 when I was looking to buy the Samsung Galaxy s6 edge. The store did not have it in stock. Up On asking the staff had no clue what to answer on if they are going to have in stock at all no timeline was given. when I asked the person to check if they have it available in another outlet which is kind of close by but I was told a lazy No without much effort.
Second incident was when I was in their outlet in Dadar, looking to buy a high capacity memory card which is fast and capable of recording 4K video. The staff had no clue what I was asking for specifically. They showed me a random memory card which they had, but I knew it was not what I was looking for.
It feels like they just dont care, they do not know the pulse of the market or the customer, and that is really sad in this time and age when I easily resorted to an online portal where I found exactly what I wanted and that too at a lower price but had to wait for 2 days for it to reach me. I am sorry to say that I can not recommend the Mobile Store to anyone.
