Delivered defective product and even

3110347066230 - This is the order ID. I ordered a Micromax tablet from themobilestoe.in on 22-1-2013. They sent an email within a day informing the product is shipped , with a bluedart tracking 59031347255. It got delivered defective product on 25-1-2013.


After persistent calls and email, they said they I have to go to nearest mobile store they will mail us that product is defective or not and then we will take any action for the same. When again I call up the customer service of mobilestore, the service rep said, he can not access my order info ! Overall very bad experience.


But I am still struggling to get my replacement or even asked for refund. I think, they don’t do that because they want more innocent people to get cheated. Now on 29-01-2013 I called and asked about the refund, they say there is no refund policy, will collect defective pics first and then ship new one. This so embarrassing. The mobile store chain is so bad.... the online version worst.


Worst customer service.  Never response to mails. Will never contact you. Dont know how many years they need for this. I did my life’s stupidest mistake shopping from this cheap site. Guys avoid this site. they should be banned lifetime.
