I bought 2 cellphones from themobilestore.in on 1st of October. Today on 10th of October the cellphones are still not delivered. Their website shows order status ’Cargo Ready’ since October 3. They assure delivery within 3 days but even after 10 days I have not received the cellphones.
I also called their customer-support helpline repeatedly and got no help. The helpline people cannot give you any information and do not take any action. I was assured that somebody from themobilestore.in would call me, but nobody has called till now.
On repeated calls they gave me a complaint number (309000136). But no action has been taken. This is very unprofessional attitude and I think ordering from them was a mistake.
I have also learnt that they put customers at high risk by asking for their credit card number and cvv code on telephone (in the other review on mouthshut). This is very risky and illegal. I want to cancel my order with them and I will never buy from them again. Take care if you are planning to shop there.
