A few good visuals, but hardly any story, absence of quality writing.The plot: an ancient mummy gets a new lease of life. The actress playing the mummy is quite good but Tom Cruise and Russell Crowe are awful. They play themselves and most of the time seem half-hearted and bored.There is a lot of music, It might not be very memorable, but it’s a fun listening .Its failing to point out similarities that new movies share with old ones.The events are Predictable.Its a terrible beginning to the Dark Universe.The Mummy is not a great movie, but its a one time watchable
