I have been to nagpur recently for my cousin sister’s wedding. We have booked this hotel for guests. This is a three star hotel. It look more of like small mall rather than a hotel. But inside it is well decorated and maintained.
The staff is very very helpful with luggage, room services and providing extra bedding and accommodating people as per their convenience. I liked their room service a lot. Its too chilled in nagpur so they arranged blankets and extra sheets as per request.
The rooms are clean and well maintained.
I requested them for pick up drop from air port and they happily did it for very nominal charges and that too in given time.Absolute thumbs up for this hotel
