This place is very close to my home town. I have visted this place 2-4 times on 2013-2014. This is just near Halisahar.
-I had few conversetion with some of the workers their, they had said to me that weiges and benifits are very minimum here. They always asks for extra salary as they deservs but company owners don’t give them properly. No peoper medical facilities if they faced hospitalised. They don’t even has insurence for their working profile.
-Works also told me that they don’t even has a safe life here, if you behaved rudely or protest against wrong supervising with the superviser you may fired from this Company.
-You’ll see here, that not so many workers work here so their carrer growth is not that much that you should expect, so here carrer growth is minimal.
-But the workers here creates good enviroment here because they do feel that enviroments creates an images of their sense, so the workers here sing songs, make fun while doing their role jobs. Also their is no canteen so workers have to bring foods with them.
-The CEO of this company is very rude and not worthful, I have seen a 47 year old worker who was working since 1987 has face cancer and he went to CEO office for help. But the CEO didn’t help insted of doing help he sack him for his disability. Which is very bad.
