Please don’t visit Naturals salon especially in Kondapur above IDBI bank. I already read the bad reviews about Naturals salon chain but thought to give it a try as it is nearest to my place. I went for facial, but trust me friends it was just snatching money, no service, no professionalism. They don’t have feedback process as they really don’t believe in customer satisfaction. Salon was completely vacant. There were no customers and only beauticians were there. Please don’t go there if u care for your skin and value your money
