I was contacted as a Hyundai Prime customer and invited for a free voucher presentation at Cocoon Hotel, Pune. Using high-pressure sales tactics and misleading offers, I was persuaded to pay ₹;2, 05, 000 to Pacific Holiday World on 31 August 2025 for a travel membership.
The merchant did not disclose clear terms and conditions, and I cancelled within 24 hours. On 11 September 2025, they gave a written assurance promising a full refund within 7 days.
Only ₹;50, 000 has been refunded to my bank account on 18th September instead of full amount as promised. The remaining ₹;1, 55, 000 is still unpaiddespite repeated follow-ups.
This is not a delayits a blatant breach of trust and written commitment. Ive raised formal disputes with both SBI and Axis Bank, and Im prepared to escalate to the RBI Ombudsman, Cybercrime Portal, and Consumer Forum.
If you’re considering Pacific Holiday World, think twice before trusting them with your money. Their silence, broken promises, and refusal to honor refunds speak volumes.
