Pacific_Holidays is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
They have only shown lucrative deals during presentation, but when it’s time to do the bookings, all we get is harrassment and months waiting even for a small booking confirmation.
So so disappointed with the way our bookings were dealt with. Charges for breakfast is way more than what actually the hotel gives. Feel so disheartened with all that I am going through. In times of need that money is so important for me. But this holiday company has fooled us. We work very hard to earn money and you just lur us into false lucrative offers.
