I have never been told that these packages don’t work on fixed holidays like holi, diwali, 15 aug, 26 january, 2 oct, etc.
They never reply on time you will email them on 1st they will reply on 5th and say that report 15 days earlier.
They charge you amount showcasing that they have big hotels at amazing places but whenever you will plan all of them will be full and not available.
Also they don’t care once the money has been received. 100’s of terms and conditions will come in between your booking.
Also I have seen that it is of no use. Try to book it from any app it will be much cheaper because they charge AMC every year. Also breakfast included not included you have to pay etc. bullshits will be there.
Do let me know in the reply in case you face any issues. I will tell you a solution for this. Also I hope that they start their customer support number which say everyday we are not working today.
