I received a call from Pacific Holiday World claiming it was a promotional offer for holidays, inviting us to visit Planet Hollywood in Thane with family. They promised a 2-night/3-day hotel voucher and 2 movie tickets, even if we chose not to buy their package.
During the presentation, their offer seemed too good to be true, and despite their persuasive sales pitch, we decided not to proceed. The moment we asked for a day to think it over, their attitude completely changed their tone became rude and unprofessional. They even started asking if the cost was too high for us to afford and pushed EMI options aggressively.
Thankfully, I checked online reviews just in time, which helped us avoid falling into their trap. To make things worse, the promised hotel stay and movie vouchers were never provided.
Overall, a very disappointing and untrustworthy experience. I strongly advise others to stay cautious and not get lured by their fake promotional calls.
