It’s a complete scam. Don’t know how many people have given the 5-star rating, but I had taken the 3-year membership at the ITC hotel, which I believe that would be genuine. Since last 3 yaers I have been requested multiple times for the booking and they ahve never fullfilled any request all the time they have denied and ask for future dates those also not fullfilled.
