Well Folks
There is a lot of things being said about the movie, who are the fanatics out there to just sit and criticise, people who talk religion and really dont know the meaning of it fine I am a Roman Catholic and married to a Hindu.
And let me tell you my husband watched the film with me and said something but when I asked him and his nephews a few questions it was just heads down.
Yes some very gruesome scenes are there if they were not there what would the meaning be when in the Bible or rosary they say (The scourging at the pillar) (The crowning of thorns) does it have some meaning or not.
And let me tell the non catholics out there have you tried and seen the history of Christ and Shree Ganesh.
First Christ was born of a virgin Mary and Shree Ganesh was made by the dirt from Parvatis body both were untouched by men.
Second Christ was crucified and buried and rose again from the dead.
Shree Ganesh was beheaded and given an elephants head and brought back to life.
Dont you think there is only one God yes the movie was gruesome agreed but take facts into account and you can say it is a masterpiece well made.
Do people know why Mel Gibson made this movie well it is necessary for people to know how Christ suffered just to save souls of the people he need not be a Jew, Hindu, Catholic or Muslim for that matter.
Learn the real meaning on seeing the movie and please speak the true thing,
my advice is watch the movie and learn the meaning of it.
The meaning of sufferings taken to improve mankind.
