This Fraud website is making money by cheating customers online.I have placed an order for dog food on this website thepetcare.in on 19th June 2022 through online payment of rupees 8736/-. Order number: 5475. payment transaction id: 6286531( icici bank) .I have not received the order and not received even refund.I have been following up almost everyday with the seller to refund my money.The seller refuses to refund or even deliver the package and there are nearly more than a hundred such complaints by many others on consumerhelpline.gov.in.This seller is a fraudster, he has been making crores of rupees by running this online website business for a couple of years now and cheating many customers like us.The fraud seller is fearless and is taking the law for granted and seems to be unaware of the cyber crime laws and the police acts. I hope he gets put behind bars one fine day for all his sins.I requested the consumerhelpline to take strict action against this website and its proprietor.I have raised compliants on consumerhelpline.gov.in. and dropped emails to the concerned authorities.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID MAKING PAYMENTS.

Edit: I received the refund after posting reviews like these on various forum’s.Bhanu Prakash Singh called me from ( + 91 95735 7xxxx) and transferred the amount.But he has abused me with bad words and I have recorded the call and I am going to submit it to the authorities and file a defamation case against their firm and the owner.
