Some parts are useful and more are gibberish.

Habit is a choice that we deliberately make at some point in life and working on it. But after some days or months, most of us stop thinking about it while some people continuously work on it and grow.

The book tells us that why habits exist and how they can be changed. Why some people and organizations struggle to change while others rediscover themselves and grow by choosing good habits.

After a solid start, the book failed to more productive on the subject as we go forward. That’s why I divided the books into two parts where one part is outstanding and the other part is a bit sloppy. It is an over 400-page book but contains only 60 to 70 pages of information. The book was less about discussing the power of habits. The author stretches unnecessary points into worthless paragraphs. Some facts are repeated so many times by twisting words. On further going the book slowly starts losing its topic and was difficult to connect with.

The book is not so interesting but not bad at all. There are so many good books than this one in the market.
