My father wanted to book an envelope of documents from Bangalore to New Delhi. There is an agent Mr Vikas of Anu Enterprises, whose office is just opposite to my father’s residence. My is father is 91 years old. It is risky for him to go out alone to the agent’s office. There is always heavy traffic on the road. We had to request Vikas several times to pick up the envelope from father. This was on 31st October 22. Though the envelope was booked on 31st October, it was despatched only at 17.57hrs on 2nd Nov from Bangalore to Delhi. The purpose of booking through courier was urgency and fast delivery. The envelope was delivered at 16.30hrs on 4th Nov. The purpose of booking through courier is defeated. Even a speed post booked at 11.54hrs on 2nd Nov 22 at Bangalore reached Delhi at 11.50hrs on 4th Nov 22. Shame on you.
