On Hindsight Professional Couriers has been the least responsive, inept, adequate and grossly unprofessional in terms of handling my case. Had couriered few documents from Bangalore to Delhi and was following up on the status.
First the website did not have any status update except that the courier had been dispatched to Delhi.
Have done business with DHL where one gets notified of customs pick up, clearances, delivery status etc. The tracking service on the site of professional courier is just a hogwash... a placeholder only.
Further more the customer care calling in experience in a nightmare.
You are kept on 25 minutes of hold for a simple oo... that query and that too the querry passes through 5 people who keep transferring the call from one to other.
Absolutely regretful experience as a user.Please don’t rely on these guys!
