I have been sending and receiving parcels from various courier services since long now.. but must say - never seen such an Unprofessional Services ever in my life.. Pathetic Services, Very Poor and Rude Customer Care and Wrong Attitude for Someone in Consumer service industry.
My Recommendation - Stay away people from these shear bunch of unprofessional.
There are a Few Points for My recommendations for fellow friends
Poorest of Reach - Can’t Deliver to a place Right in Heart of a NCR City
Pathetic and Very Rude People in customer care - Don’t even know what politeness is...
NO Communication - Sent the parcel back to consignee without even making a call in the first go (Though phn No. was provided)
Poor Handling of Products - The Box at time of receiving was in totally worn and torn condition and the product barely survived.
Makes No Sense to drive 8kms to get the Shipment sent to you as a gift.
