I don’t know where these people come off calling themselves "Professional" Couriers, but these delusional and arrogant people are exactly the opposite of their name. I ordered coffee from Chikmagalur on September 30, 2025, and unfortunately, the seller decided to ship it via these so-called "Professional Couriers". I waited and waited, only to learn that the package(CKM680503) was returned to Chikmagalur on 21st October. No one contacted me for delivery, there was no phone call and no one rang the bell. The delivery agent has the audacity to lie that I was called I didn’t respond. I checked with the security, and he confirmed that no one made an attempt to deliver my package.
