I have send postage from Nagercoil to madurai(250km), But they sent to Chennai(750Km) through Madurai and again resent to Madurai(500Km), So total of 1250km instead of 250km. So important postage delayed by extra 2 days. I am totally unsatisfied and wastage of Rs.40/- instead of Rs.5/- in goverment Post. There is no provision for complaint in their website. And not giving delivery information after registering mobile number.
